Choose the material for the load and environment.
I work with common and engineering-grade FDM filaments below the PEEK class. Exact properties depend on the selected grade.

| PLA | Detailed indoor parts, prototypes | Easy finish and broad colours; not the default for sustained heat or harsh outdoor use. |
| PETG | General functional parts, housings | Tough and practical with moderate temperature and weather capability; grade still matters. |
| ABS | Functional and temperature-exposed parts | Good toughness and heat capability; UV exposure requires an appropriate grade or protection. |
| TPU / PEBA | Flexible parts, guards, impact and wear applications | Flexibility and rebound vary widely by hardness and grade. |
| Impact materials | Clips, covers and parts exposed to knocks | Selected by the actual impact, temperature and geometry requirements. |
| PC-CF / PPA-CF / PPS-CF | Stiff engineering components | Higher-process materials for demanding parts; exact limits come from the chosen datasheet and print orientation. |
Custom colours depend on material and supplier availability. I do not offer PEEK-class materials. I check published limits against the exact selected grade.
