Show me the problem
Send photos, dimensions, a sketch, a file or pictures of the broken original.

I check feasibility
I review the use, geometry and quantity. If the information is complete, I can often quote straight away.

Design and material
I check an existing file or recreate the part, then choose the material for its actual use.

Manufacture and ship
Once approved, manufacturing often takes 1–3 days. Complex projects can take longer.
CAD & Reverse Engineering
No production file yet? That is often the starting point.
I can measure, recreate and adapt a broken or unavailable part. You can send me the original or bring it by appointment. Limited scanning helps in some cases; most parts begin with measurements and photos.

The material has to suit the part
I work with PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, PEBA and fibre-reinforced engineering filaments. I select the exact grade for the load and environment. I do not offer PEEK-class materials.

Useful answers before you ask
I only have a broken part. Is that enough?
Often, yes. Clear photos and basic dimensions help me with the first review. You can also send me the original or bring it by appointment.
Do I need to know the material?
No. Tell me where the part is used and what it has to withstand. I will recommend a suitable material.
Can you manufacture just one part?
Yes. I make one-offs as well as small batches and ship worldwide.
How quickly will I hear back?
The response target is within 12 hours. If the request contains enough information it may already include a quote. Manufacturing commonly takes 1–3 days after approval, but depends on the project.
